Oleg Vladimirovich Korobchenko, Minister of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Tatarstan, visited BETAR yesterday on a working visit.

The Minister and media representatives were presented with the successful experience of implementing the national project "Labor Productivity" within the framework of the pilot project "Improving the efficiency of production processes of the RD-15 pressure regulator".

Following the results of 3 months of the project implementation, it was possible to achieve:

— reducing the time for the manufacture of components by 10%

— reducing the assembly time of the RD-15 pressure regulator by 20%

— reduction of the batch of work in progress from 500 to 20 pieces, etc.

During the visit, not only measures to support the company were discussed, but also further work, as well as interaction with other companies.
