  • Manufacturing commercial company "BETAR" Limited (MCC BETAR Ltd.). Guided by the state policy for housing and public utilities, the Company has identified a promising direction of its activity, that is production of energy metering devices.
  • The Company has created and organized production of a brand new water meter in terms of quality and performance. It was a water meter with a nominal diameter DN 15 mm, SHV-15, SGV-15.
  • The first products, that is SHV-15, SGV-15 water meters, were produced in April. They met with wide recognition from consumers.
  • Preparation for certification on conformity to GOST R ISO 9000-2001
  • The Company developed production of a household water meter with a nominal diameter of 20 mm and its modifications.
  • Quality Management System was certified for conformity to GOST R ISO 9000-2001
  • Engineers of the Company started series production of a unique household jet-acoustic gas meter with a liquid crystal display.

  • The Company developed production of industrial water meters with nominal diameters of 25, 32, 40 mm and their modifications.
  • The Company became a diplomant of the competition for the prize of the Government of the Russian Federation for achievement of significant results in the field of quality.
  • According to the Order of Gosstandart dated May 29, 2003 the metrological service of MCC BETAR Ltd. was granted a right to verify metering devices in accordance with the subject of accreditation.

  • As a result of cooperation of BETAR engineers with top specialists of M.V. Lomonosov State University in the field of problem magnetism, a unique water meter with a nominal diameter of 15 mm and antimagnetic protection was created at the Company.
  • In February Mannesmann Demag Plastservice (Germany) and MCC BETAR Ltd. set up a joint project, that is Russia's first ever plant for assembly of injection molding machines by Demag BARS.
  • Manufacture of the small-sized gas meter SGBM-1.6
  • In November 2004, the top management of MCC BETAR Ltd. took part in the project “Japanese management methods and their adaptation for application by Russian companies” with a visit of Japanese companies (Nissan, Toyota, Panasonic).
  • In the course of the project the Company got acquainted with modern principles of Japanese quality management, as well as with quality history in Japan, features of quality management in the context of a company, main characteristics of Toyota production system, that is kaizen methods, the concept of lean production, methods of general equipment maintenance widely used by Japanese companies.
  • The Company obtained a diploma “Golden Mercury” as the best export company.
  • The Company carried out a lot of work on becoming familiar with OHSAS 18001: 1999 (Occupational Health and Safety Management System).
  • Certification for OHSAS 18001:1999 (Occupational Health and Safety Management System).
  • The Company headed for production automatization. Increase in production output and improvement of product quality was achieved due to purchase of new equipment, development and introduction of new technological processes.

  • Implementation of the first BETAR project for equipping an apartment building with an automated data transmission system from metering devices (AMR) in Chistopol
  • The Company started construction of a building for location of plastics production.
  • It was decided to build own tool-making facilities for manufacture of tools and equipment.
  • Modernization of plastics production.
  • The Company assessed its activities according to EFQM for the Recognized Excellence level and got the best mark, that is 5 stars.
  • The Company won the prize of the competition for the prize of the Government of the Russian Federation in the field of quality.
  • The Company became a prizewinner of the competition for the prize of the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan in the field of quality.
  • The work on production of own tools and equipment started.
  • The Company developed production of single-phase multi-rate electric power meters.
  • The Company won the prize of the competition for the prize of the CIS for achievements in the field of product quality and services.
  • The work was performed for introduction of a new Energy Management System for conformity to ISO 50001.
  • The Company obtained a diploma “Golden Mercury” for winning in the regional stage of the National Prize competition in the field of entrepreneurship in nomination “The best export company in the field of manufacture of consumer products”.
  • Construction of an additional site for plastics production was started.
  • MCC BETAR Ltd. was included in the Hall of Fame of All-Russian Quality Organization (VOK). The VOK Hall of Fame includes companies, which achieved high results in introduction of effective management methods and are known for their high quality products.
  • The company is certified for conformity to ISO 50001:2011 (Energy Management System).
  • From April 01 BETAR Company started production of household ultrasonic gas meters (SGBU 1.6; SGBU 2.5; SGBU 4; GGBU 6).
  • In May it was said about start of work on creation of a Quality Management System for conformity to ISO/TS 16949.
  • In the period from September 14, 2015 to September 17, 2015 the Company had a successful certification audit for conformity to ISO/TS 16949:2009 Particular requirements for the application of ISO 9001:2008 for automotive production and relevant service part organizations. Based on results of the performed work, it was concluded that the Quality Management System of MCC BETAR Ltd. is recommended for certification according to ISO/TS 16949:2009. The certification body is DQS, which is the world-beater in certification according to ISO/TS 16949: 2009.
  • Manufacture of small-sized gas meters SGBM-2.5, SGBM-3.2
  • The Company started production of household cold and hot water meters with remote reading (SHV-15D, SHV-20D and SGV-15D, SGV-20D).
  • The Company underwent successful certification of management systems for conformity the national standard of the Russian Federation GOST R 56404-2015 “Lean production: Management system requirements”. The certification body is DQS.
  • Manufacture of the small-sized gas meter SGBM-4
  • The first transfer machine "BTM" was designed for machining parts and workpieces made of steel, bronze, brass, alloys based on Nickel, copper, lead, tin, zinc. In December 2016 it was presented at the exhibition " Mechanical engineering. Metalworking." in Kazan. At the end of the exhibition, the machine received the diploma of I degree as the best product of the exhibition.

  • Domestic small-sized gas meter SGBM (2,5; 3,2; 4) became the Winner, and meters of hot and cold water of the type of SHV/SGV with fixation of external magnetic field influence - awarded the diploma of the I degree of the Republican competition "the Best goods and services of the Republic of Tatarstan" and the all-Russian competition "100 best goods of Russia" 2016.

  • BETAR - laureate of 2016 in the category "Mechanical engineering" for active participation in the implementation of the state program"Energy saving and energy efficiency in the Republic of Tatarstan for 2014-2020".

  • From 26.11 to 28.11. the regional skill competition of working professions World Skills in the skill "Manufacturing of products from polymeric materials" was held on the production site of MCC "BETAR" Ltd.
